Jason Fleming graduated from Loudoun County High School in 1999 and went on to graduate from Longwood University in Farmville Virginia in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. He is the Head of Accounting, as well as a manager and crew leader, and also holds a certification as a Certified Lead Renovator Initial, 3/19/2010. Jason currently lives in downtown Leesburg near many of the projects he works on, and considers it a treasure to be able to live and work in the same community.

Joe Fleming Painting Contractors Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Leesburg, Virginia. We were all born and raised in Loudoun County Virginia starting with Joe’s father in 1902. Joe and his brothers helped their father work farms all over Loudoun County. After graduating Loudoun County High School Joe started in the construction industry as a carpenter and painter. Joe later became a full time painter, and founded his own business in 1997. Joe, John, and Jason have continued the family tradition staying in the same industry of Custom Painting and having a great working family relationship. 
Joe Fleming graduated from Loudoun County High School in 1970. He has worked since then in the painting and trade industry. Together with his 2 sons, John and Jason, they founded the company in 1997. Joe has been a very active member in his community since he was a small boy showing livestock in the Loudoun County 4-H fair which he continues to support today with donations. Joe has been involved in many activities with his sons including Boy Scouts, coaching little league sports including Central Loudoun Basketball and Baseball. Along with many other activities and community support.  
John Fleming graduated from Loudoun County High School in 1995. John started with the company when it was founded in 1997 and has been a dedicated employee since. He is the Head of Operations and holds a certification as a Certified Lead Renovator Initial, 3/19/2010. John is now a resident of Loudoun County Virginia with his wife Audrey and their two children. He has established his home and family in Loudoun County to continue the long lasting family tradition.
