Interior:
- Moving all furniture as needed
- Covering and protecting floors and furniture with plastic and/or tarps
- Sand and clean all areas to be painted
- Repair all nail pops, nail holes, seams and drywall imperfections
- Caulk as needed
- Final cleanup
Exterior:
- Clean, sand and scrape all surfaces to be painted
- Prime all bare wood and other needed surfaces
- Apply premium latex paints and stains
- Cleanup and contain all paint chips to the best of our ability
- Remove all trash and debris​
Interior services:
- Custom painting or staining of ceiling, walls, trim, doors and windows
- Professional installation of trim to include crown molding, shadow boxing, chair rail, etc.
- Drywall or plaster repair, removal or installation
- Cabinet painting
